- Project is completed and delivered
- Software has been installed or used

3. Non-Refundable Items
- Setup fees
- Custom development after approval
- Domain, hosting, or third-party services
4. Refund Mode
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Dispute Resolution
All refund requests are subject to review based on valid evidence provided by the customer.
