• Requests made within 1–4 business days before renewal will apply to the next billing cycle

• Work is in initial stage and not approved

Refund will be processed within 7–21 business days.

Partial Refund

• Work has started but not completed
• Refund will be based on work completed

No Refund

• Project is completed and delivered
• Software has been installed or used
• Custom development has been approved

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Setup fees
• Custom development after approval
• Domain, hosting, or third-party services

4. Refund Mode

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Dispute Resolution

All refund requests are subject to review based on valid evidence provided by the customer.
